An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected Legal 500 law firm, widely recognised for its strength in Clinical Negligence and Healthcare litigation.

As part of ongoing national expansion, the firm is looking to recruit a talented Solicitor to join its expert Clinical Negligence team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic chance to work alongside leading specialists on a broad spectrum of complex and high-value defendant Clinical Negligence and Health-related claims.

You'll handle matters for major clients including NHS Resolution, medical defence organisations, private hospitals, and insurers, taking responsibility for your own caseload while playing a key role in a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

The Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Background in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation, or related civil disputes
  • Prior experience acting for NHS Resolution or MDO clients is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong technical and case management skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Able to manage both straightforward and complex matters confidently
  • Excellent communication skills and client relationship focus
  • Team player with a willingness to support and mentor junior colleagues
