An established and highly regarded law firm based in Bath is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its busy claimant Clinical Negligence team. The role has arisen due to a sustained increase in workload and offers the opportunity to act exclusively for claimants, representing individuals and families in complex, high-value clinical negligence claims.
The successful candidate will manage a varied claimant caseload from inception through to conclusion, including cases involving birth injuries, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and fatal claims, working closely with clients to provide a compassionate, thorough, and strategic service. Full secretarial support is provided, allowing solicitors to focus on case progression and client care.
