Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its specialist claimant team. You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters, and liaise with clients, witnesses, barristers and medical experts to progress cases.

The role involves drafting documents, valuing claims and negotiating settlements in a hybrid working environment within the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical negligence.
• Experience handling both litigated and pre-litigated claims.
• Proven billing history and experience with high-value claims.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills.
• A proactive approach and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters.
• Meet clients and witnesses and attend court hearings.
• Liaise with barristers and medical experts and draft legal documents.
• Value claims and negotiate settlements.
