Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical Mental Health Pharmacist to join our inpatient team at Chorley District Hospital. You will develop your clinical skills within a supportive Medicines Management Team and work across a range of mental health wards.

We welcome applicants from hospital, mental health or community pharmacy backgrounds who aspire to grow in psychiatric therapeutics, with training and development supported by the Trust.

Competenze

• Masters degree in Pharmacy and current GPhC registration.
• Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience in hospital or mental health pharmacy is desirable.

Mansioni

• Pharmaceutical care planning and clinical review of prescriptions.
• Involvement in multidisciplinary ward rounds.
• Provision of medicines information to service users and staff.
• Support development of medicines management processes and trainee staff.
• Contribute to the Trust medicines optimisation strategy and audits.
