A growing legal firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced Clinical/Medical Negligence Solicitor. You'll manage cases from inception to trial related to medical negligence, while benefiting from flexible working opportunities and excellent career progression. Clinical/ Medical Negligence Solicitor / Fee Earner – Full Time

Based in Macclesfield or Remote Working

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a rapidly growing firm during an exciting time of expansion.

Knowledge and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of clinical/ medical negligence experience (PQE or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence claims, capable of managing cases from inception to trial.
• Experience handling claims related to:
• Medical misdiagnosis
• Prescription and medication errors
• Excellent client care skills.
• Strong IT skills and confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim preferred but not essential).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible home-working opportunities.
