Aviemore Dental & Implant Clinic is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a unique dual clinical and leadership role in the Scottish Highlands. The post combines 2–3 days of hands‑on dentistry with dedicated time to lead, influence and help shape the future direction of the team.

There are two pathways available — clinical leadership, shared ownership, or both — allowing you to tailor your contribution.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience.
• Interest in leadership, governance and team development.
• Committed to high-quality, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical standards and patient journey with the Practice Clinical Lead.
• Dedicate leadership time alongside clinical duties to support team development.
• Influence practice performance and governance to shape future direction.
