A healthcare organization in the City of Westminster is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver high-quality care for patients with minor injuries and illnesses. This role includes responsibilities such as working autonomously, collaborating with emergency services, and managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the service. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in assessing and managing injuries, including working with children. Flexible working options and comprehensive benefits are provided.
We provide an educationally focused environment in which to grow and develop staffs' skills and knowledge, through work-based education, and training and support from our Leads. Working in a clinical leadership role as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure that our patients receive an exceptional level of care. You will be part of the leadership team, which consists of ACP Clinical Leads, Clinical Operational Manager and Practice Educator. The successful candidate will be an autonomous, experienced practitioner who enjoys teaching and supporting practitioners in the assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for both adults and children whilst running the service; managing staffing recruitment, service developments, incidents for example.
