Job description
The Role

As Clinical Lead RMN / RNLD, you’ll oversee two supported‑living packages in Hampshire for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, one of which involves highly complex behaviours that challenge. You’ll provide clinical leadership, drive governance and quality, and work closely with ICBs, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and stabilise complex LD packages, implementing escalation pathways and crisis / risk‑reduction plans.
  • Complete holistic and functional assessments, developing PBS‑led, person‑centred care plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor nurses and support staff, delivering supervisions, reflective practice, and competency sign‑offs.
  • Manage all aspects of clinical governance: incidents, investigations / RCA, safeguarding, documentation, and CQC readiness.

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum

Job type: Full‑time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm (Hybrid: ~2 days WFH / 3 days community)

Location: Hampshire – covering two supported‑living packages across the area (field‑based, regional travel)
