A leading healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a Band 7 MSK physiotherapist to enhance their clinical skills and manage a varied caseload. This role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities, with responsibilities including supervision and participation in evidence-based projects. The candidate must hold a relevant physiotherapy qualification and HPC registration. Competitive salary of £53,751 to £60,651 per annum.
As a band 7 MSK physiotherapist you will have to opportunity to continue developing your clinical skills for practice. Participation in our inhouse development program will also equip you with skills and attributes essential to the rest of your career. You will be fully integrated into a larger team with a focus on delivering high quality care at the right time and place.
As the successful candidate you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills. Good organisation skills: able to plan own work but also work effectively within a team. Ability to prioritise and make sound decisions, sometimes under pressure. You will carry a varied caseload of musculoskeletal complaints with a view to utilise all treatment and care options as appropriate, with the support of a named supervisor.
