Clinical Lead Nurse. Telford Hall Care Home

• £52723 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• This role is a mix of 24 hours on nursing shifts and 16 hours supernumerary shifts per week full flexibility required

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care across the home.
• Supervise mentor and support nursing and care staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Conduct clinical audits risk assessments and care plan reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to implement best practices and drive clinical excellence.
• Act as a role model for compassionate care promoting dignity respect and independence for all residents.
• Support with recruitment induction and training of new staff members.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and incident reporting procedures.

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to care delivery.
• Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills.
