A leading healthcare provider in Dunstable is seeking a Band 7 Operational Support role to assist in the management of CRHT. The position involves collaboratively working with clinical leads to ensure safe service delivery and effective team development. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership skills and experience in community mental health. This is a full-time permanent role offering a competitive salary of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum.
You will assist the Operational Lead with the management of CRHT whilst also working collaboratively with the other clinical leads.
You will work pro-actively with the operational lead to ensure safe effective delivery of services and developments relevant to the teams.
You will be support in the safe and effective management of all operations in the teams.
You will be required to work closely with the Operations lead to develop the teams in line with commissioner requirements and Trust objectives, consulting all key stakeholders, and positively reinforcing the expectations of the organization through collaborative and dynamic management and leadership that is both supportive and encouraging in nature to enable the team to adapt to key changes smoothly.
