Job summary

Whittington Maternity Voices Partnership in Barnet is seeking a proactive lead to support the Health Visiting teams in delivering infant feeding services and embedding best practice across the Barnet Healthy Child programme.

You will work with the Infant Feeding Coordinator to enhance auditing, training and evidence-based clinical guidance for staff, parents and partners, helping to progress to Baby Friendly Level 1 and shape the local infant feeding strategy.

Qualifications

• Support audit and training in relation to Baby Friendly certificate.
• Deliver infant feeding training to health visiting staff.
• Provide clinical expertise to staff, parents and health partners.
• Contribute to Barnet Healthy Child programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead in Infant Feeding strategy implementation.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training programmes for staff.
• Develop integrated protocols with Early Years.
• Participate in audits, research projects and quality improvements.
