First Community Health & Care seeks an experienced leader to join the Intermediate Bed-Based Care Service, driving professional leadership, service development and quality improvement. Therole involves maintaining oversight of hospital discharge policies and transferof care processes, ensuring compliance with national and local requirements andembedding these within operational practice.
