As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high‑quality therapy services within the community. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to patient care and service development.

Main duties of the job

Main Duties

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, including Therapists, Mental Health Registered Nurse, Assistant Practitioners, Rehab Assistants, and Administrators.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and evidence‑based care for patients across the locality.
  • Work collaboratively with other community teams such as District Nursing, Community Hospitals, and Health Care Professional (HCP) teams.
  • Represent the service at senior‑level meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Support operational management and service improvement initiatives.
