A leading elderly care provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee resident wellbeing and support the Home Manager. This role includes managing staff, maintaining care quality, and ensuring a safe environment for residents. The ideal candidate will have current NMC registration, an NVQ Level 3 in care, and at least two years experience in a similar role. A compassionate approach and strong communication skills are essential.
As the Clinical Lead at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager across all aspects of Home Management, ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of residents, acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, and overseeing staff management and resource planning.
Your responsibilities as the Clinical Lead will include monitoring the state of wellbeing of each resident, acting as a point of contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, preparing staff duty rotas, and advising on the supply and quality of items used in the home. You will need to have a current NMC registration, an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care, and at least two years of experience in a similar care environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a positive attitude towards staff development and resident care, are essential.
