We are looking to recruit a band 6 Clinical Lead on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave on our MHSOP ward at Wold View, Foss Park. Wold View is an 18 bedded mixed sex assessment and treatment ward for older people with organic mental health needs . The ward actively encourages development & training opportunities and encourage the role within this progressing team on the delivery of Patient Centred Care, support for carers and evidence based practice, working in a whole systems approach with our partner agencies. We are fully committed to investing in your personal and professional development, supporting nurses to achieve their full potential., As the Clinical Lead you would be expected to have excellent leadership and organisational skills, work closely with a variety of different professional teams across North Yorkshire and the wider organisation, develop and mentor staff within your team and work alongside the Ward Manager ensuring that the ward continues to provide the highest standards of care.
