A leading medical technology firm in Manchester is seeking a professional for the installation and configuration of Clinical Information Systems. This role involves providing both remote and onsite support across the UK, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Windows and MS SQL administration, along with scripting skills and excellent communication abilities. Flexibility for remote work is offered after training.
This opportunity sits within Uniphar Medtech, a dedicated division focused on delivering innovative medical technologies and solutions. The purpose of the role is the installation and configuration of our Clinical Information Systems on customer sites and the resolution/ escalation of issues. The role will provide both remote and onsite support for customers throughout the UK with flexibility to carry out some work from home once fully trained.
