A health trust in the UK is seeking a Clinical Informatics / Digital Specialist Health Visitor/School Nurse. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance healthcare delivery for children and young people. Responsibilities include supporting nursing communication, providing specialist advice on clinical informatics, and promoting equality and diversity within the workforce. This position offers the opportunity to manage projects and lead initiatives aimed at improving staff experiences and patient outcomes.
The Clinical Informatics / Digital Specialist Health Visitor/ School Nurse works collaboratively with nursing, admin, IT staff, and key stakeholders to support and deliver outcome‑based care for children and young people (CYP) and their families. This role involves promoting the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to enhance health, health research and healthcare delivery. The post holder will plan, implement and manage a portfolio of projects across the 0‑19 teams under the supervision of a 0‑19 Neighbourhood Lead.
