An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic Nurse to join the Clinical Haematology Team.
As a Thrombosis/Anticoagulation Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to deliver care that promotes the health and wellbeing of patients.
The successful candidate will work across the NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group in the hospital and community settings. They will assess patients, plan, deliver and monitor the care and management of patients who require anticoagulation therapy.
