Job description
Overview

To provide high quality administrative support services as required to the Clinical Effectiveness Department. The key dimensions include uploading local guidelines to the InPhase Guidelines App, monitoring completion/compliance of digital checklists, monitoring, ordering and tracking of patient records, and scanning of confidential records for electronic storage. In addition, contribute to the smooth running of the department with general administration work (photocopying, filing, ordering of stationary).

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality administrative support services to the Clinical Effectiveness Department.
  • Upload local guidelines to the InPhase Guidelines App.
  • Monitor completion/compliance of digital checklists.
  • Order and track patient records and scan confidential records for electronic storage.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and ordering stationary.
Qualifications and Experience

This part‑time position (22.5 hours per week) requires a dynamic and self‑motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, dedication, and the ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy. Candidates should have proven experience using Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, be highly organised, reliable, detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to manage workload in a busy and dynamic environment. Knowledge of the NHS and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. The role is currently advertised only to staff members working within the Kent and Medway Integrated Care System.
