You will work closely with our care teams, clients, and their families to oversee day‑to‑day care delivery, provide hands‑on clinical supervision, and act as a trusted source of guidance for complex or high‑acuity cases.

This is an ideal opportunity for a clinically skilled professional who enjoys working in the community, developing others, and ensuring that clients with complex health needs receive exceptional, dignified care at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and support field‑based care staff to maintain safe and effective delivery of complex care.
  • Conduct clinical competency assessments, supervision visits, and spot checks to ensure best practice is upheld.
  • Review and update person‑centred care plans for clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator management, and other clinical interventions.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and families to ensure cohesive and consistent care.
  • Monitor service quality and compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
  • Provide clinical leadership, advice, and support in response to changes in client condition or emergency situations.
  • Deliver training, supervision, and performance reviews for care staff, fostering continuous professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven background in complex care, community care, or a similar setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (field‑based role).
What We Offer
