A leading healthcare trust in Liverpool is offering a one-year clinical Fellowship in Otology and Neurotology, focusing on skull base surgery. The ideal candidate will have FRCS (ORL–HNS) or equivalent, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to research. Responsibilities include preparing patients for MDT meetings and contributing to national training courses. This fellowship commences on August 5, 2026.
A bi‑weekly skull base multidisciplinary team meeting takes place in a dedicated video conferencing room. Specialist NF2 MDTs occur every six months. The department is supported by a state‑of‑the‑art audiological service. Candidates should be trained in all aspects of lateral skull base and neuro‑otological procedures, with possible exposure to anterior skull base and extended endoscopic anterior skull base surgery.
