Job description
Overview

We are pleased to advertise a full‑time post at ST3+ level in Respiratory Medicine at the North Middlesex University Hospital site of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. The post is a six‑month fixed‑term position available from October 2025 to April 2026.

The focus of this job will be to support the in‑patient and outpatient care of respiratory patients as part of a team of respiratory speciality trainees. It is suitable for a trainee with IMT experience who wishes to gain more experience in respiratory medicine and will provide excellent preparation for an application for respiratory medicine specialty training.

Responsibilities
  • Provide inpatient care for respiratory patients
  • Assist with outpatient respiratory clinics
  • Participate in educational, academic or quality improvement projects
  • Collaborate with the respiratory specialist team
Educational Opportunities

The post holder will have access to similar educational opportunities within the hospital as our training registrars and can undertake educational, academic or quality improvement projects whilst in post.
