NHS Fife is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Clinical Director for Community Care Services in Fife HSCP. This key leadership post involves 2 PAs per week and forms part of the integrated clinical leadership team for the Partnership.

The Clinical Director will provide professional and clinical leadership across Community Care Services, supporting safe and effective practice, governance, transformation, and collaborative working with partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical leadership across Community Care Services.
• Support safe and effective practice with robust clinical governance.
• Lead service transformation and collaborative working across portfolios and partners.
• Influence medical workforce leadership, quality improvement and patient safety.
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational delivery across the HSCP.
