Clinical Deputy Manager – NMC registered. Telford Hall Care Home

£52,723 per annum
40 hours per week
Full flexibility required – 24 hours on nursing shifts and 16 hours supernumerary shifts per week

Join us at Telford Hall as part of the management team to develop specialist nursing and leadership skills in a truly beautiful luxurious and state‑of‑the‑art nursing home.

Based in the heart of bustling Lawley our stunning new 66‑bedded Nursing home for older adults offers unrivalled modern facilities including salon, tranquil lounge, garden rooms, cinema and tea room.

Here at Telford Hall we provide an exceptional standard of specialist nursing, palliative and dementia care to our residents with a particular focus on nurturing each individual to achieve personal goals and to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Responsibilities
  • Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times
  • Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
  • Offering supervision support and training to Nurse Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues
  • Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors

What are we looking for
  • Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy RGN’s or RMN’s with proven supervisory experience and either experience of or a keen interest in working in a nursing home environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others
  • Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin
