Job summary

Gold Care Homes is recruiting for a Home Lead Practitioner at Baugh House Care Centre in Sidcup. You will provide clinical supervision to the Registered Nurses, oversee care staff and ensure high professional standards.

The role requires a current NMC pin, strong leadership, a good clinical background, and commitment to Gold Care’s standards. You will contribute to staff development, participate in mandatory training, and promote outstanding resident care.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing supervision and clinical leadership.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and compliance with regulations.
• NMC pin required and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to the Registered Nurses and ensure core competencies.
• Act as Shift Team Leader with overall supervision and development of care staff.
• Contribute to training of care staff and serve as a professional role model.
• Participate in mandatory training and uphold Gold Care standards.
• Ensure recruitment, performance management and deployment of staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Liaise with maintenance and external partners to oversee property and equipment.
• Promote the home and Gold Care in the community and with stakeholders.
