Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £49,000-£51,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, including on-call weekend responsibility

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to provide leadership and support in a health and social care setting. The ideal candidate will be NMC-registered and have strong post-registration clinical experience. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in care or nursing environments and a passion for delivering high standards of care.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the service.

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team.
