About the Role

As a Clinical Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained and lead the care team to deliver outstanding care.

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Lead, supervise, and support the care team to deliver outstanding care.
  • Participate in assessments and care reviews, acting as a key contact for residents, families, and staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Promote a positive, resident‑focused culture in line with our “Good” CQC rating.

  • A qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a care setting.
  • Ideally holds or is working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural ability to put others at ease and foster a supportive team culture.
