Clinical Deputy Manager – Flagship Care Home (SE1, London)

Are you an experienced Clinical Lead or Deputy Home Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, one of the UK’s largest and most reputable care providers, is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for their flagship London care home in the SE1 area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the care and nursing team to deliver safe, person-centred care
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents’ needs
  • Support the Registered Manager with the daily running of the home
  • Oversee clinical practices including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, wound care, and more
  • Manage staff inductions, supervision, and ongoing development
  • Complete clinical audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Liaise with families and care professionals
  • Identify, monitor, and escalation risks or safeguarding concerns
  • Contribute to clinical policy development and continuous improvement
About You
  • Experience leading teams of nurses and care staff
  • A valid NMC pin and strong clinical background
  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above)
  • Knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
