Now, we’re looking for a Deputy Manager who can help us do it even better, someone who thrives in a clinical leadership role and who brings both skill and heart to their work every day.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be a key part of the home’s leadership team, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure clinical excellence, lead by example on the floor, and provide mentorship and support to our team of dedicated carers and nurses.
You’ll balance your time between delivering hands‑on care and overseeing the clinical governance of the home. Whether it’s auditing care plans, supporting with training, liaising with external professionals, or stepping in during emergencies, you’ll be a calm, confident presence always keeping residents’ wellbeing as your top priority.
You’ll also play a vital role in building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues alike creating a warm, open culture where people feel heard, respected, and supported.
This role is ideal for a nurse‑qualified leader (RGN / RMN) who’s ready to step into a broader leadership position.
