Job description

This is a Clinical Deputy Manager role at Sundridge Court Nursing Home, a 30-bedded, Residential, Nursing & Dementia Home in Bromley, Kent. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is rated 9.5 on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will be an NMC-registered nurse who can provide excellent clinical leadership and person-centred care to enhance the wellbeing of the residents.

Main duties of the job

As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the smooth running of the home. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to provide personalized, holistic care.
