Clinical Deputy Manager

Salary: £40,500 + Annual Pay Reviews + Excellent Benefits
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hours: 35 per week (8:00 am – 4:00 pm 8.00 am – 3:00pm)

Clinical Deputy Manager – Key Duties:

• Lead and support nursing and care teams
• Drive a resident-first culture
• Oversee training, appraisals, and performance
• Deputise for the General Manager, including on-call duties
• Manage safeguarding and regulatory issues
