Clinical Deputy Manager

Salary : £40,500 + Annual Pay Reviews + Excellent Benefits

Location : Birmingham, West Midlands

Hours : 35 per week (8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm 8.00 am - 3.00pm)

Key Duties

• Lead and support nursing and care teams
• Drive a resident-first culture
• Oversee training, appraisals, and performance
• Deputise for the General Manager, including on-call duties
• Manage safeguarding and regulatory issues
