Job summary

42 North Dental in Brighton is seeking a Clinical Dental Director with a passion for patient care and leadership. You’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations, collaborate with specialists, and guide associates to deliver exceptional dentistry.

With 3+ years in a fee-for-service setting and a DDS/DMD from an ADA CODA program, you’ll provide direct patient care while expanding in-office specialty services such as periodontics and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fee-for-service practice experience.
• DDS or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Significant chair-side experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while managing day-to-day operations with the help of a practice management team.
• Mentor associates and lead the clinical team.
• Collaborate with specialists to grow specialty services in the practice.
• In-office specialty services (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics) are available.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee-for-service practice setting along with a desire to provide direct patient care while managing day-to-day operations with the assistance of a proven practice management team. Significant chair-side experience and excellent team building and leadership skills are a must. Directors are the primary care provider of a generous patient flow in addition to working cooperatively with and mentoring associates. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work with our specialists to expand growth in specialty departments within the practice. In-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics are available, facilitating access to complete dental care for patients. Providers are responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee-for-service practice
• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental AssociationCommission on Dental Accreditation(ADA CODA)

• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Significant chair-side experience

$200,000—$400,000 USD
