Job summary

Qureight Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to deliver compliant data and image management for commercial studies. You will perform image QC, data transfers, and UAT for our in-house imaging platform, working with sponsors and internal teams.

The role requires at least two years in clinical data management, familiarity with DICOM imaging, PACS/VNA, and data privacy standards. You will help drive continuous improvement and ensure trials run faster and more accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical data management experience, ideally in imaging CROs or Core Imaging Lab.
• Experience with Jira and interacting with technical teams.
• Comfortable with data via command line tools and scripts.
• Experience with clinical imaging data (CT/MRI in DICOM) and/or other clinical variables.
• Knowledge of PACS/VNA/AWS S3 Data Storage.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP with recent training.
• Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform image quality control, de-identification, and visual screening per SOPs.
• Raise data queries and support resolution with sponsors and staff.
• Conduct data reconciliation and deliver image and data transfer packages.
• Support study managers in defining data and image transfer specs with Sponsor.
• Conduct user acceptance testing on Qureight Imaging Platform configurations.
• Suggest revisions to SOPs to improve data management practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build better data management tools.
• Deliver activities on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ISO27001, and data privacy regulations.

Job description

We are looking for a Clinical Data Manager to deliver compliant clinical data and image management activities for commercial (clinical study) projects. Bringing experience of clinical data management from clinical trials or imaging CROs, you will be responsible for image quality control, data and image transfers, user acceptance testing and for supporting continuous improvement as we develop our in-house clinical data management tooling and processes. • Perform image (DICOM file) quality control activities (de-identification, visual screening etc.) in line with work instructions and best practice.
• Raise data queries and support external and internal staff in their resolution.
• Conduct data reconciliation activities and deliver image and data transfer packages to Sponsor and archival.
• Support project/study managers in developing and agreeing data and image transfer specifications (agreements) with Sponsor, providing technical input where required.
• Conduct user acceptance testing on project specific configurations of the Qureight Imaging Platform.
• Be part of continuous improvement, suggesting and delivering revisions to work instructions and SOPs to develop best working practices in clinical data management relevant to Qureight.
• Work with data engineers to support them in developing new and improved methods and tools for managing clinical and image data at Qureight.
• Deliver activities on time and to a high standard across the board.
• Conduct work in line with Qureight SOPs and in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all relevant regulations, including ISO27001 standards and data privacy regulations.

• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders (with sponsors, with customers and within Qureight) maintaining transparent and consistent communication throughout.

  Minimum of two years of clinical data management experience, ideally in an imaging Clinical Research Organisation or Core Imaging Lab.

• Experience working with technical teams and interacting via tools such as Jira.
• Comfortable working with data via command line tools and scripts.
• Demonstrated experience with clinical imaging related data (such as CT or MRI in DICOM formats) and/or other clinical variables.
• Knowledge of PACS/VNA/AWS S3 Data Storage.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) with evidence of recent training.
• Track record of demonstrating a good attention to detail.
• Evidence of a can-do attitude with a tenacity and drive to achieve objectives.

Even better if you have...

• Experience with tools for inspecting and modifying metadata in DICOM imaging files.
• Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory, compliance and industry standards, e.g. 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO2700.
• A relevant technical degree.
• Experience working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
