Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Maidenhead is recruiting a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join an adult community mental health service. The role offers flexible and hybrid working, with opportunities to work from home where service needs allow.

You will conduct assessments, formulate care, and deliver evidence-based interventions, collaborating with the MDT and providing supervision and leadership. Generous NHS benefits and development support are included.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate doctorate in clinical or counselling psychology.
• Registered or eligible for HCPC registration.
• Experience with adults with significant mental health needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and formulate clinical presentations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for adults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies as needed.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior clinicians.
• Contribute to service development, audits and research.
