You will be supporting the Clinical Coding Manager and Clinical Coding Operational Lead in ensuring effective service delivery for the department.
The role will involve responsibilities for mentoring and training of Trainee Clinical Coders, day to day supervision of the Clinical Coding Team, ensuring all monthly mandated coding deadlines are met and helping to provide the Trust with high quality coded data. You will collaborate with multiple teams, including the clinical teams and other relevant personnel to ensure coding accuracy and integrity are maintained at the highest level.
