Qualifications

• Experience working in NHS or other medical providers.
• Ability to efficiently handle coding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign medical codes to patient records accurately.
• Assess risk using clinical judgement.
• Process patient related correspondence.
• Assist with medical/insurance forms.
• Summarise and code MREs and GP2GP notes.
• Review medical records and remove third-party references.
• Action tasks as required.
