A luxury care home provider in Pulborough is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to deliver exceptional residential and nursing care. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing requirements, coordinating resident assessments, and managing the care team. The ideal candidate is an NMC registered nurse with significant experience in elderly care and a solid grounding in CQC standards. As Clinical Care Manager use your extensive clinical knowledge and experience to deliver Residential and Nursing care for all residents within our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin you will act as an advocate for all residents wellbeing including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity and Deprivation of Liberty. You'll be responsible for the delivery of Residential and Nursing care for all residents within the home. You will have a clinical overview of the needs of all resident nursing requirements within the home and liaise with the Clinical Services Manager or Dementia Care Manager where a nursing or dementia need is identified.
You will coordinate the resident assessment process, visit potential residents to carry out an initial care needs assessment and support the move in process. You will ensure their nursing needs are met in their care plan, regularly evaluating residents' medication with their GP and ensuring safe medication management. You will complete clinical audits and deal with any concerns or complaints raised by a resident or relatives. You'll also be a supportive and caring manager as you will have overall responsibility for the management of the Care Team. You'll ensure the rota always has the appropriate levels of care staff. You'll provide support and ongoing guidance to your team, review their progress, provide clear objectives to work towards and identify training needs.
