• Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
• Extensive experience working with those living with dementia; a dementia qualification is highly advantageous.
• Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for clinical care in the home.
• Lead care delivery, ensuring continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ care.
• Ensure outstanding levels of relationship-centred care, dementia care, and clinical care.
