The role centres on structured assessments by telephone, video or face‑to‑face, interpreting medical evidence and producing detailed reports to regulatory standards. Commutable from Ipswich with on‑site work is required.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification as a registered healthcare professional (RGN, RMN, RNLD, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Pharmacist).
• Membership with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
• Eligibility to practise in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conducting structured telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments
• Exploring how a claimant’s condition impacts their daily living
• Reviewing and interpreting clinical evidence
• Producing detailed, high-quality written reports
• Applying professional judgement in line with regulatory standards
• Working towards quality and productivity targets
• Delivering assessments in a respectful, fair and reassuring manner
