Qualifications

• 1 year experience in general IT support or industry-related experience.
• Knowledge of database system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support of ClinTrak® applications.
• Act as a liaison between users and application development teams.
• Develop approaches for the use of ClinTrak® applications.
• Provide system Trainings/Demo to users.
• Perform support tasks to meet company objectives.
