Xograph Healthcare, a Healthcare 21 Group Company, are seeking to appoint a Clinical Applications Specialist working from a central (home based) UK location and reporting to our head office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. To perform training in the use of diagnostic radiology products (and other Xograph products) for new and established customers. This is very much a front-line role and will be required to travel regularly. You will be proficient in dealing with stakeholders at the highest professional level; clients, suppliers, industry peers, technical experts, business advisors, HC21 group managers and directors.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Travel nationally within the UK and Ireland to meet with business needs and have the ability to meet frequently with customers.
- Be able to adapt to last minute diary changes to suit the needs of the business.
- Perform training in the use of Xograph products and services to and with customers via presentations and practical training.
- Provide clinical guidance and support for sales team members when in the pursuit of new business, post-installation clinical instruction, supporting engineers with clinical application-based queries.
- Document timely reports for all training and other business activities.
- Prepare attendance certificates to participants after each training session.
- Maintain your working knowledge, understanding and inputs of our CRM (customer relationship management) system to maximise quality business outputs.
- Contribute to major contract relationships with customer groups such as MOD, MES Vendors, third party service vendors, industry partners, major private healthcare chains, NHS SC.
- Observe and respond to market trends, competitors' activities and initiatives.
- Ensure full company compliance with the quality standard ISO 13485-2016 and security standard ISO 27001, Health and Safety and other regulated areas of the business.
- Maintain and report customer records, expenses, PEAK claims and other administration as required by the company and their line manager.
- The ability to effectively utilise and demonstrate all relevant computer applications, communication tools and internal software systems.
- To have a comprehensive knowledge of the businesses which they work within and with regards to product range, technical specifications, prices, features, benefits and clinical applications.
- Maintain and continue to develop the necessary skills and product knowledge by on‑going self‑development in the job function, to augment the training that the company provides and ensure that all company sponsored training is attended and implemented.

Qualifications
- Full Driver's licence.
- Fully qualified (practicing) highly motivated Radiographer Band 6 or above.
- Clinical and technical knowledge with business acumen.
- Can create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others.
- Can work strongly in a team, as well as independently.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
