The Clinical Application Specialist is a front-line support role, with an impact on patient lives, providing clinical reasoning, a deep understanding of the Endomag portfolio and improving our reach directly in the market. Your impact will provide patients access to better treatment options
What to Expect
- Support the Sales teams by; demonstrating our products, supporting installations and providing training/education on our products.
- Attend procedures at multiple sites, depending on customer expertise and as required by the Sales teams and clinicians.
- Perform high quality, high value product demonstrations and hand-over as required.
- Be responsible for the new customer training, evaluations and provide feedback as well as building and maintaining relationships in our market.
- Provide timely communication to users pre- and post-training to ensure full usage of our products.
- Invest maximum time in the field to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify, and communicate internally, opportunities for business growth.
- Manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve/increase the scope of the product offering.
- Attend educational events and tradeshows to collect leads and improve market awareness.
- Support Sales activity in the validation of new leads.
What We Expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Interest or previous experience in the healthcare industry and a preferred knowledge within sales pathway and its processes.
- Ability to read, digest, evaluate, and communicate technical information (eg. academic papers) quickly and competently.
- High level of understanding of human physiology and surgical procedures.
- Experience within the operating room / theatre environment (not essential).
- Able to demonstrate sound business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (confident and tactful), particularly when communicating with different groups of people.
- Strong presentation skills – ability to speak to individuals, small groups and larger audiences with varying skillsets.
- Creative and inventive problem solver but focused on quality and good practice.
- Ability to adapt easily to a changing work environment
