Responsibilities

  • Ensure relevant paperwork is ready for the patient’s arrival.
  • Provide clinical staff with any appointment needs.
  • Ensure certificates are issued in a timely manner.
  • Conduct weekly audits to make sure all appointments are closed.
  • Scan paperwork from remote clinics.
  • Take control of the logistical element of remote drug testing.
  • Send all biological samples to the relevant laboratory.
  • Take control of all laboratory results and send them to the correct OHP.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be able to provide a range of administrative support. Maintaining records, databases and information systems and keeping up to date with software updates. Additionally, they will liaise with other departments and organisations in a professional manner, demonstrating the values of the MCL Group.

As part of the MCL Medics team, your key responsibilities will include:

In addition, we require experience in:

  • Using MS Excel, databases, Word and Outlook and SharePoint.
