  • Keep waiting list data updated.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Administratorto work as an integral part of our small team of Orthotic Service Administrators based at our Northampton centre.

The role

As Clinical Administrator you will assist the Orthotists and Department Managers in the provision of orthoses, and associated equipment to our service users.

  • Responding to telephone, email and in-person enquiries in a confidential, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Liaising with the Orthotists and Blatchford Managers to ensure a quality service is provided.
  • Initial screening of referrals received in via NHS email system.
  • Uploading appropriate new and self-referral information onto Rehabilitation Management System (RMS) for clinician triage.
  • Booking appointments with patients over the Telephone.
  • Ensure waiting list data is kept up to date.

What are we looking for?

  • Maths and English GCSE C or above (or equivalent)
  • Competent with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
