Job description
Overview

The Older Adult Community Mental Health Team is looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our admin team on a permanent basis supporting our Clinical Teams. The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within the Mental Health Network, coordinating their activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Align to a specific team and work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks Administrative service, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by the Deputy Admin Lead to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
  • Communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.
  • Provide administration support and information services to the team.

Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.
