Job description
Main duties of the job

The post holder will work as part of the Nursing & Pharmacy Management Team working in support of the whole Directorate management team of East Cheshire NHS Trust.

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • RSA level I/II or equivalent
  • Good general education including English to "O" level / CSE / GCSE
  • Working towards NVQ in Administration
Other role requirements

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Good organisational skills with experience of developing systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to manage large volumes of work with very fast turnaround
  • Ability to work in a demanding, pressured environment
  • Demonstrate composure and positive attitude under pressure
Experience
  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Experience of producing meeting minutes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
