Are you hard working and organised? Do you work well in a team and thrive within a busy environment? We are looking to recruit a friendly, motivated person to work within the Ophthalmology and Orthoptic Department. This role would suit an individual who enjoys working on their own initiative and as part of a team in a busy, ever changing environment.

This position may close early once sufficient applications are received.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing support to the administration team and medical secretaries.
  • Duties will predominantly include prepping medical notes, filing documentation to ensure patient’s notes are complete and up to date and various admin/reception duties as per the job description.
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a good level of IT skills, knowledge of the NHS computer systems would be advantageous; however, training will be available.
