Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is seeking a part-time Materials Assistant to support daily operations within the Materials Department. The role covers 22.5 hours per week with a Full-Time Equivalent salary of up to £25,044 per year, depending on experience, training and qualifications.

The successful candidate will maintain stock, process orders, and ensure accurate records while assisting non-clinical departments as required. A good standard of maths, English and IT skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with a PC including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work on own initiative without close supervision.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication.

Aufgaben

• Active member of the Materials Department, involved in day-to-day running of the department.
• Provide an effective and high-quality materials management service to internal customers.
• Ensure stock availability through correct order processing and replenishing of pre-approved stock and products for central stores or hospital departments.
• Maintain all departmental paperwork and files with accuracy and order.
• Comply with mandatory training requirements.
• Assist other non-clinical departments to ensure efficient running of the clinic.
